Wedding Design, Planning, & Coordination

Based in Calgary, Alberta with a passion for travel we will go where your wedding is! We have travelled to places such as Jasper, Banff, Canmore, Lethbridge, Leduc, Strathmore and love working with new venues. Where is your wedding?

  • -12 hours total of coordination day of

    -1-2 in person or zoom consultation meetings with couple to review timelines and vendors

    -Unlimited access via phone, text, email

    -3 Month Prior Meeting to gather all the details of your wedding and narrow down your to do list

    -Assist client with timeline and vendor list, client to provide final list and supporting details the week of wedding

    -Coordinate ceremony and reception activities on day of event

    -Ceremony execution, coordinating all vendors to adhere to desired timeline and contracted services

    -Work with DJ/Band/MC to ensure run of show as desired by couple

    -Handle décor items on the day of the wedding, examples include but not limited to tabletop up: floral and centerpieces, table settings, tablescape
    *additional staffing may be required for elaborate décor

    -Final check of ceremony & reception set up, etc.

    -Travel within Calgary borders

    COMPLETE SET-UP OF CEREMONY & RECEPTION
